Guess what? We're still alive.
Ok, now that that's over. The last week of November and the first week of December we took a trip to Ecuador with our travel buddies Ashley & Steven (of South Africa, Turkey, and Peru/Bolivia fame here on our blog). It was a fabulous trip, and posts will be forthcoming. Matt & I had a ~15 layover in Lima on the way though and since it was day time we decided to make the most of it. We took a taxi into town and spent the day exploring the Plaza de Armas (historical center), Barancco district (BoHo area), and Miraflores (hip). We had a beautiful sunny and 75 day and discovered Lima has lots of amazing food (ceviche especially), great beaches, and awesome parks.
