We love Olalla (my parents house) always, but especially in the sunny summer. We've spent quite a few weekends there recently, so here's the rundown on a few of them.
It's a good thing we hang out with the Chisums a lot, or I might need to learn how to use my ailing camera again. Luckily, they're pretty cool. So, here's two weekends in Olalla, courtesy of Val.
First, the four of use went out at the end of July to spend a weekend with my parents. The weather was perfect on Saturday and then cloudy Sunday, but we went crabbing, lounges, ate good food, and enjoyed ourselves. We rode the motorcycles out, which was sweet. No ferry wait = awesome.

A few weeks later my parents were off an a boating trip, so we dragged a few friends out to Olalla for the weekend. Lance, Val, Josh, and Lindsey came out for the whole weekend and Caroline was able to come out for the day on Saturday. We had an action packed time: crabbing, fly fishing, kayaking, jumping off the davit, snorkeling, picking blackberries and making cobbler, playing games, etc.
