Midnight snowshoe. We saw the Northern Lights which was amazing. (but the pictures didn't turn out so amazing).
9am sunrise from the room. Good excuse to sleep in
NYE festivities in the Town Square

Mush! Sled dogging was one of the highlights. We drive two hours North towards Denali State Park and met Francine and her team of 8 awesome husky-mix doggies. There were two sleds and we each got turns and riding and driving during our trip. love!
Snowboarding at Alyeska Ski Resort. Beautiful.
(could have used a bit more snow.)
We dearly loved Alaska, winter was a special time to visit, and we hope to be back!

I could definitely fall in love with those husky doggies and mushing! All the rest looks great, but no mention of food: did you eat any moose or reindeer?
