We made it into Hanoi Sunday night around midnight and headed straight for bed.Yesterday we spent the day wandering the city, eating food, learning how to cross the streets, and getting ourselves acquainted. There was nothing particularly spectacular about Hanoi but everyone was extremely nice and friendly, the food was good, and it was a great way to start getting to know the country without having an agenda. This morning (it's already Tuesday here) we're headed up to Ha Long Bay. Peace!
